Programs Integrate Yoga to Build Self Awareness and Self-Regulation
Yoga is infused throughout the soccer and youth programing. Breathing, meditation, and yoga are incorporated as holistic approaches in all classes. Our goal is to help children manage their emotions, minds, and bodies. This emphasis in the programming exposes the youth to multiple forms of stress relief and means of coping. Children learn to de-stress and by engaging in creative outlets allow the youth to maneuver their challenging environments more effectively. Teachers balance providing structure and positive support while encouraging kids to be creative.
